These Terms & Conditions govern your use of KatCars services, operated by Katamaran Investments LLC ("KatCars," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, chat assistant, and text-messaging program.
Program description. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from KatCars related to your vehicle inquiry. These may include conversational replies, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up messages about vehicles and financing assistance you have inquired about.
Consent. You provide your number and consent to receive texts when you contact us through our website, chat assistant, or lead forms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. KatCars does not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending you text messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at hello@katcars.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
KatCars does not make credit decisions and does not guarantee financing or approval. Any financing options are determined by independent third-party lenders through their own application and underwriting processes. Vehicle availability, pricing, and online pricing are subject to change without notice; please confirm current details with us directly.
You agree to provide accurate information and to use our website, chat assistant, and messaging services only for lawful purposes related to your interest in our vehicles and services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KatCars and Katamaran Investments LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or communications.
